Research on Coordination Planning Model of Source-Grid-Load-Storage Considering Demand Response Uncertainty

With the integration of wind power, photovoltaic, and other new energy into grid, growth carbon emissions has been effectively suppressed, which greatly contributes to realization “Carbon peak, Carbon neutral’’. However, randomness instability generation also affect stable operation power grid. At present, combination demand response system can give full play maximum potential energy. This is an effective method realize optimal system. Based on this, this paper first constructs SOC output characteristic model storage considers DLC time-of-use price as well different types. The robust optimization used deal with uncertainty response. Secondly, a multi-objective function constraint conditions are constructed minimize planning cost, pollution emission. Finally, genetic algorithm analyze example in certain area Fujian. In example, economy schemes under control parameters compared analyzed. results show that calculation beneficial delaying investment systems, provide decision-making reference for mining utilizing resources, reducing costs improving efficiency.
